Event Marketing Strategy for
Lanier Law Group
Strategy
1. Facebook Ads & SEO-Optimized Content:
- Ran targeted Facebook ad campaigns focused on reaching an older demographic. Ads
featured SEO-heavy captions and simple, clear graphics to appeal to the target audience. - Ad Budget: Less than $1,000 per event.
- Cost per Click (CPC): Varied between $0.70 and $0.92.
2. Lead Capture via Google Forms:
- Linked Facebook ads to a Google Form for sign-ups, collecting contact information such as
name, email, and phone number for RSVPs and new leads for other drip campaigns. - Used the sign-up data to call potential attendees and confirm their participation. This
information was managed on a spreadsheet and a CRM for tracking and follow-up.
3. Turnout & Engagement:
- Each event saw 25-40 attendees, ensuring a robust and engaged audience.
- For those who didn’t attend, we added them to our email and SMS lists for future event
invitations or consultations, ensuring ongoing lead nurturing.
4. Event Conversion Rate:
- At the events, we maintained a high conversion rate of 85-100%, with nearly all attendees
signing up for estate planning services by creating engaging content and relationship
engagement.
Objective
To drive attendance for Lanier Law Group’s bi-weekly Wine & Wills estate planning
events, targeting an older audience through Facebook ads and SEO-optimized content.
The goal was to generate leads, increase event turnout, and convert attendees into
estate planning clients.
Results
- Cost per Client Acquisition: Approximately $175 per client.
- Average Revenue per Client: Each estate plan generated an average of $4,553, resulting in a substantial return on investment (ROI).
- Lead Nurturing: We retained non-attendees in our email and SMS lists, providing opportunities for future engagement and event participation.

At Lanier Law Group, I used
social media to enhance visibility
by sharing engaging content
linking estate planning to
popular topics, like celebrity
cases. We posted "storytimes" to
generate discussion and
optimize these with SEO-friendly
captions and hashtags for better
discoverability. Sharing client
reviews also built trust and

Did you know the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, didn’t
leave a formal will when she passed in 2018? Despite her
$80 million fortune, her family found three handwritten
wills—one tucked under the couch cushions! This led to a
lengthy court battle among her sons, dragging out the
process of dividing her assets.
What can we learn? Here’s how Aretha could have
protected her loved ones better:
Create a clear will or trust – This prevents family disputes
and keeps things out of probate.
Keep documents secure – Important papers shouldn’t be
hidden around the house!
Communicate your wishes – Talking to family can prevent
surprises and conflict.
Aretha’s story reminds us all of the importance of proper
estate planning. Don’t let your loved ones go through
unnecessary drama—make sure your affairs are in order!
What do you think? Could this have been avoided? 👇

I also created short-form content
using a similar strategy to our
story-time posts, with the goal of
increasing discoverability and
engagement. This approach has
proven highly effective, helping
the firm generate significant
engagement and even go viral
on several occasions. With
short-form content leading the
charge in modern social media
strategy, this method has been
instrumental in strengthening
the firm's online presence.

As an education-focused firm,
the email marketing strategy
revolves around demystifying
estate planning for our audience.
We craft informative emails that
break down complex legal
topics, making them accessible
and engaging for potential
clients. Additionally, we utilize
email marketing as a sales
funnel during slower periods,
reaching back out to previous
leads to encourage end-of-year
sign-ups. This targeted approach
helps recoup business and
maintain a steady flow of new
clients throughout the year.

Brand Identity:
REtro futurism
Solani’s Branding blends retrofuturism and Y2K influence,
drawing on both nostalgic and forward-looking elements.
Retrofuturism reimagines the future through a lens inspired
by past eras, merging vintage sci-fi visuals with sleek,
modern designs. This style channels bright neon colors,
space motifs, and futuristic yet familiar silhouettes that feel
both nostalgic and innovative.
The Y2K aesthetic adds a playful, tech-driven flair, rooted in
the early 2000s obsession with the digital age and futuristic
optimism. It incorporates bold color palettes, metallics,
glossy finishes, and references to the early internet era and
pop culture. Together, these influences create a unique
visual identity that evokes a sense of fun, futurism, and
youthful excitement, perfectly aligning with the brand’s
theme of exploration and adventure.
